Return or exchange is permissible only in the event of receiving a damaged or incorrect product.
To qualify for a replacement or refund, the item should be unused and remain in its original condition and packaging. Requests for return or replacement can be made within 7 days of delivery.
Please note that for damaged or incorrect products, we require an unboxing video as evidence to process a refund or replacement. Kindly record a video while unpacking the package.

- Provide Pictures & Video: Attach clear photos and videos of the received product, including a picture of the invoice.
- Refund Process: Refunds will be initiated on pick-up only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and bar codes intact. It may take 2-4 business days for the credit to reflect into your account depending on the bank.
